So he was pulled after throwing his most pitches in any outing this year. Beeter was wild on Sunday, throwing only 12 strikes in 25 pitches while giving up one hit and walking two. Before Sunday, he’d worked one inning in every one of his first four appearances and three starts. But the Dodgers have put Beeter on an unusual approach.
